Coffees can generally be categorized as either specialty or commercial.  Commercial coffees are roasted in large quantities and packaged under nationally or regionally advertised brand names.  Commercial coffees cannot offer a wide variety of blends, roast, and unblended or single origin coffees.  They are roasted in large plants, packaged and shipped to wholesalers and retailers to await brewing before the expiration date stamped on the packaging.

Specialty coffee is roasted in small batches, usually close to the retailer who is grinding and brewing these exceptional cups.  Specialty coffees are single origins (from one region of the world), blends and special roasts (such as Italian or French).  Because they are roasted close to the time they are brewed, specialty coffees are fresh.

So why settle for coffee that is mass-produced and mass-marketed?  Our coffees are high grown, Arabica beans picked only when ripe and roasted with care.  With our selection of coffees, you can enjoy the same cup each day or you can experience the rich diversity of flavors in coffees grown around the world – each one with its own unique profile of body, acidity and flavor.

Life is full of choices – choose the BEST cup of coffee.
